About framefit coaching

framefit coaching grew out of years of working with people who genuinely wanted to take care of their health but kept running into the same obstacles.

Some tried again and again to build healthy routines, only to lose them when life became busy.

Others were already training consistently and paying attention to their nutrition, but still felt stuck, exhausted, or frustrated with their progress.

Over time, it became clear that most approaches focus on isolated solutions: a stricter diet, a harder training plan, or more discipline.

But the human body doesn’t work in isolated systems. Training, nutrition, recovery, stress and daily structure all influence each other.

framefit coaching was created to address that reality by focusing on the framework that supports long-term progress.

Svenja

Svenja holds a Master’s degree in Biology and has a strong background in human physiology.

Through her academic work and coaching experience, she developed a deep interest in how the human body adapts to stress, nutrition and training over time.

Within coaching, Svenja focuses particularly on the lifestyle side of the process – helping clients build nutritional habits, daily routines and recovery structures that support their goals.

Her goal is not simply to give rules, but to help people understand the underlying processes so they can make confident decisions about their health and training.

Pascal

Pascal holds a Bachelor’s degree combining Economics and Exercise Science and has coached athletes and everyday clients in both individual and group settings.

His focus lies in building structured training systems that allow people to progress while balancing the demands of real life.

Instead of pushing for constant intensity, his coaching approach emphasises load management, movement quality and sustainable progression.

This allows training to remain productive without becoming something that constantly competes with work, family or recovery.

Our Approach

Our backgrounds complement each other.

Svenja brings a strong foundation in physiology, nutrition and lifestyle structure.

Pascal focuses on training design, movement development and long-term progression.

Together, this allows us to approach coaching in a more integrated way – considering not just what happens during training sessions, but everything that influences how your body adapts to them.

That perspective ultimately led to the development of the framefit method, which forms the foundation of our coaching.

Coaching Philosophy

We believe that sustainable progress does not come from extreme plans or short phases of motivation.

It comes from building a structure that allows training, nutrition and recovery to work together within the reality of your life.

When that structure is in place, progress becomes much more stable — and much easier to maintain over time.
