Coaching perspective
What Pascal brings to coaching.
With a B.A. in Fitness Economics and experience in strength and performance coaching, Pascal focuses on program design that responds to the person in front of him.
His work connects ability, movement, exercise selection and progression. The goal is to keep training purposeful while adapting load, range, support or exercise choice when the original plan is not the right fit.
The program should adapt to your current ability and goals—not ask you to prove yourself to a fixed template.
Focus in practice
Pascal’s coaching focus.
Pascal focuses on building strength, movement confidence and training programs that adapt to the person.
Individual program design
Build sessions around the purpose of the training, your current capacity and the equipment and time available.
Progression with a reason
Increase demands deliberately by reviewing performance, recovery and the response beyond a single session.
Pain-aware adaptation
Change load, range, support or exercise choice to keep training useful within coaching scope and without diagnosing or treating injury.
A practical process
How Pascal makes coaching decisions.
The plan begins with context, then changes as the evidence changes.
-
Define the purpose
Clarify what an exercise or session is meant to develop before deciding which version belongs in the plan.
-
Find the workable version
Select a movement, range and load that create useful practice without forcing the original exercise at all costs.
-
Progress from evidence
Use training quality, confidence, recovery and real-life capacity to decide when and how demands should increase.
