Education and coaching scope
Website content, the frame audit, guides and coaching information are educational. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, cure, rehabilitation, emergency support or a guarantee of a particular result.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to seek qualified medical advice and for stopping activity when urgent or concerning symptoms require professional assessment.
Coaching services
A separate coaching agreement will describe the selected service, duration, communication, fees, cancellation, refund terms and each party’s responsibilities. That signed agreement takes precedence if it conflicts with this general website summary.
Digital resources
Digital resources may be presented through product information pages, interest lists or an external Gumroad checkout. No card details or payments are processed on this website. Before a paid resource is available, its price, currency, licence, delivery, withdrawal and refund terms will be shown.
Case studies and results
Case studies describe individual experiences and are not promises of future results. They must not be read as evidence that coaching diagnosed, treated or cured a medical condition.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
