Who controls your information

framefit Coaching is the data controller for the website and forms described here. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@framefitcoaching.com.

Final legal business name, postal address, jurisdiction and any required registration details must be verified before public launch.

frame audit

Unfinished answers are stored in your browser’s session storage for up to 24 hours so an accidental refresh does not erase progress. They are not placed in a permanent framefit database.

If you ask for an emailed result, your answers are sent transiently to the framefit server to recalculate the five scores. Only your name, email, overall score, result type, starting point, five pillar scores, source and submission time are sent to MailerLite. Raw answers are not forwarded.

Email is optional. The complete result remains available on screen if email delivery fails or you choose not to submit the form.

Clarity Call and waitlist forms

A Clarity Call request uses your first name, email, selected goal and optional message so framefit can respond. A product waitlist uses your email, optional first name and product interest.

Please do not include diagnoses, medical records or other sensitive health information in free-text fields.

Email, consent and unsubscribe

MailerLite processes disclosed email sign-ups on framefit’s behalf. Consent is requested beside each form. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Security, anti-abuse and retention

Form submissions are validated server-side, protected by a honeypot and rate limited. Short-lived pseudonymous fingerprints may be stored to prevent abuse. Names, emails, messages and audit answers are not stored in that rate-limit table.

framefit retains information only for the disclosed purpose and for any period required by law. Exact operational retention periods require legal and account-configuration review before launch.

Analytics and cookies

This build adds no third-party advertising or behavioural tracking scripts. Privacy-safe conversion events contain no names, emails, audit answers or health information. A cookie banner is not shown because no nonessential cookies are currently set by the site.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, withdraw consent, and complain to your relevant supervisory authority. Contact framefit using the email above.
